If we can not safely complete services with one person or without restraints we will use our professional training and equipment to assist in safely completing services. Special Handling fees will apply. We groom every dog to their comfort level and aim to provide a positive experience for the pet. If we feel at any time it is not safe for the pet or stylist to continue with the service, we will stop and communicate our suggestions moving forward. Full Payment is expected if we must stop services due to health or behavior.

All pets must have proof of current Rabies as required by Delaware state law and Distemper (DAPP or DHPP) vaccinations.
Please bring a copy of vaccinations on your first visit and any time you change vets or your pet receives boosters so we can update records as needed. You may also upload to your account through your pet portal.
All Fur Babies must be in good health and without any signs or symptoms of illness for at least 48 hours. Please do not bring your Fur Baby in if you feel they may be contagious or are injured. We can not groom dogs in heat or dogs recovering from any type of surgery or injuries without a veterinarian’s note.
To ensure spectacular service, we take a limited number of appointments each day. When one client is late or doesn’t show up, it wreaks havoc on the day, causes stress to the stylists on a fixed schedule, and inconveniences other clients. Once the time for the appointment has passed, it may be too late to accommodate you or take another client to fill the hole in the schedule and may result in the need to reschedule your appointment with full payment for scheduled services.
If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will charge $50 to the card on file with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
If you do not notify us at all, it’s marked as a “no-show” in your file. We will charge $50 to the card on file for No Show/No Call and Same Day Cancellation. Repeated No Shows will result in booking appointments with prepayment of the full groom, with no refunds for No Shows.
Rabies vaccination records are required by law by the State of Delaware. We will charge $50 to the card on file if you arrive without proof of current vaccination which forces us to cancel your appointment.

Please keep your Fur Baby on a leash when entering and exiting for safety.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment, unless you need more time to complete paperwork or update vaccinations.
We provide Spa services by appointment only, and have limited space to hold dogs before and after their scheduled appointment. Please pick up your Fur Baby within 30 minutes of your completion phone call.
If you cannot pick up within 30 minutes of being called, extended care fees will accrue at the rate of $1 for each additional minute or you may opt to put your dog in PlayCare for $38, with the understanding they can get dirty again playing.
