Includes Spa Day + full-body haircut to your pet’s breed specifications and your personal preference.
Final pricing is determined by the breed, size , coat condition and services requested.

Our pricing is an estimate based on 1 technician providing a services. Final pricing is determined during the appointment and will be based off of coat condition, services provided, and behavior.

If we can not safely complete services with one person or without restraints we will use our professional training and equipment to assist in safely completing services. Special Handling fees will apply. We groom every dog to their comfort level and aim to provide a positive experience and help to train them to not stress or fear grooming. If we feel at any time it is not safe to continue with the service we will stop and communicate our suggestions moving forward. Full Payment is still expected if we have to stop services due to health or behavior.

Spa Requirements

All pets must have proof of current Rabies & Distemper Vaccinations

Please bring a copy of vaccinations on 1st visit or updated records as needed

Please bring your proof of vaccinations with you on your 1st visit. Vaccination Records can be uploaded to your account.

All Fur Baby’s must be in good health and without any signs or symptoms of illness for at least 48 hours. Please do not bring your Fur~Baby in if you feel they may be contagious or are injured. We can not groom dogs in heat or dogs with injuries without a doctors note.

Spa Cancellation, No Show
& Pricing Policies

Please respect your scheduled appointment time. Being as little as 5 minutes late can cause delays and inconvenience our other clients, and may result in the need to reschedule your appointment with full payment for scheduled services.
  • 48 Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We are by appointment only and need time to try to fill your reserved time. Cancelling with less than 48hrs notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee to the card on file.
  • No Show/ No Call Policy
If you do not notify us at all, it’s marked as a “no-show” in your file. No Show & Same Day Cancellation will result in $50 cancellation to the card on file.
  • Out of Date Vaccine
If you arrive and do not have up to date Rabies vaccination records as required by law by the State of Delaware, which forces us to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged $50.

Pick Up & Drop Off Policy

Please keep your Fur Baby on a leash when entering and exiting for safety.

Please arrive no more than 10 mins. early for your appointment, unless you need more time to complete paperwork or update vaccinations.

We are by appointment only, therefore each space is reserved for appointments only. We have limited space to hold dogs before and after their scheduled appointment. For their comfort and our limited space, please pick up your Fur Baby within 30 mins of your completion phone call.

If you can not pick up within 30 mins of being called, these fees will be added to your bill. $1 for each additional minute.

If you would like your Fur Baby to join our daycare to stay longer and play, please ask to schedule that as service as well.
